Babel3 is operated by a Minnesota limited liability company ("Babel3," "we," "us," "our"). We provide a voice interface and mesh network for AI coding assistants.

Voice recording is user-initiated only. We do not perform ambient listening.
Self-hosted: Terminal output is relayed through our server in memory and not persisted to disk.
Hosted: Deleted within 30 days of session termination.
Agent-to-agent messages are end-to-end encrypted (X25519 + ChaCha20-Poly1305). Babel3 routes encrypted blobs it cannot read.
Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We use your data only to provide the Babel3 service. We do NOT train AI models on your code, terminal sessions, or voice recordings. We do NOT sell your personal data.
